Nina Dulabaum
Manger of SASS Crisis Services
As a staunch advocate of civic engagement, social justice and mental health, Nina is excited to serve as the Manager of SASS Crisis Services!
Nina earned her MA and PhD in psychology and education after serving three years overseas as a community volunteer in Berlin, Germany. She is an enthusiastic lifelong learner, completing further training in crisis counseling, building resilience and diversity awareness; she earned certifications in coaching, online teaching, mental health first aid, and a license in education. Nina is also recognized as a fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her professional background encompasses teaching K – higher education, developing curricula and training programs, international consulting, leading youth crisis interventions, supporting diverse teams and guiding organizational growth.
Nina’s accomplishments include publishing a bestselling handbook on mediation and conflict transformation across cultures, establishing a new department for the Leipzig City Government focusing on community outreach/violence prevention, and designing and teaching diverse psychology courses and mindfulness-based stress reduction seminars. She is grateful for her family, friends and colleagues, enjoying the many moments of rapport with joy, laughter, music, dance, dogs and cats.
