Director of Crisis Services
Kaitlyn serves as the Director of Crisis Services at Family Services Association (FSA), where she proudly leads a dedicated team providing timely, empathetic, and effective support to individuals and families in crisis. Having previously worked within FSA’s SASS and MCRT programs, Kaitlyn is grateful to return in a leadership role, continuing the work that first sparked her passion for crisis intervention and community-based care.
Kaitlyn holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri, with a specialization in Policy, Planning, and Administration, and earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Olivet Nazarene University, where she also minored in Non-Profit Business Management. Her professional experience spans outpatient therapy, crisis response, community-based interventions, and case management, supporting individuals and families during some of their most challenging moments.
She is especially passionate about fostering collaboration among clients, families, and community partners to ensure holistic and accessible care. Kaitlyn also has a particular interest in serving the neurodiverse community and is currently pursuing certification as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
Outside of her work, Kaitlyn enjoys dancing, swimming, all things fall, and savoring a good cup of coffee.
