Jenniffer Crazythunder

Jen Crazythunder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began her journey with FSA in 2019. Since then, she has held leadership roles across multiple programs within the agency. She currently serves as the Special Projects and Data Manager, where she supports the implementation of new systems and maintains a strong focus on quality care.

Jen’s path into social work began in Pensacola, FL, where she volunteered with AmeriCorps. After graduation, she moved to the northwest suburbs of Chicago and began working in Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs), a field she has proudly served for more than 10 years. Throughout her career, Jen has held case management positions, provided individual and group therapy for youth, and gained experience in both private practice and hospital settings.

Jen believes in the value of community and the idea that building strong, connected communities can create positive and lasting impacts on the individuals and families who live, work, and play there.

Outside of her work with FSA, Jen enjoys spending time with her family—including her dog, Walter, playing cards or yard game -- or out on the dance floor, boot scootin’ to her favorite line dances.
